How Monique Got Here

Like many of us, Monique is passionate about health and fitness and spent a lot of time in the gym and after taking a chance at teaching herself how to successfully run a marathon, she decided she should do some learning. As she started learning she realized that many people could benefit from what she’s learned <BETTER WAY TO SAY THIS>>
